15 May Introduction of Oracle Primavera information system for project management in EPBIH

Our company recently signed the contract for implementation of information system for project management – Oracle Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management, for the needs of planning of capital investments in the JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo.

Within the scope of the project the software solution will be delivered, the processes analysed and solution implemented according to the users requests and provide the training for the project management office/team after successful implementation.

With the Oracle Primavera solution the user will achieve the complete visibility in the project portfolio management and ensure the insight and control in the execution of the projects tasks, overview of costs, resources and potential risks and in such manner ensure the quality, efficiency and profitability of the company.

The project implementation should be completed by the end of July 2014 when we will offer more information about the services provided.
